Haven't tried it yet, but I think it's a good product for lumbar support and for the kidneys. It can be machine washed because it has a zipper. I recommend it.

It's nice and soft. It's not suitable for lumbar support on a chair. According to the product description, it's suitable for use on the bed while lying down. After using it for 2 days, there are no issues with bloating, so it seems good. I'll have to see how durable it is in the long run.
